NON-EXCLUSIVE
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

I agree to engage GT events, Inc. as my non-exclusive agent and to authorize GT events, Inc. to act on my behalf. GT events, Inc. and I will agree on the amount that I am to be paid for that job. I agree to refer any potential clients to GT events, Inc. while working for the company.

It is further agreed that any work performed by me will be as an independent contractor and not as an employee. GT events, Inc. will not maintain any liability, workman's compensation or unemployment insurance, as I will not be an employee or subcontractor of GT events, Inc.

Additionally, I understand that the parameters of any given job are to be executed at my own will. It is further agreed that GT events, Inc. will not withhold any State or Federal tax from any payments made to me. I agree to be responsible for any tax liabilities on any and all monies received through GT events, Inc. I also understand that I will receive payment no less than 30 days but no more than 60 days based on the client payment to GT events, Inc. and the timely submission of my invoice to the accounting department.

I understand that it is my responsibility to mail or email my invoice to the accounting dept  within 10 days of my work on the event to receive payment.  I understand that invoices received after 10 days of completion of my work on the event will result in the forfeit of payment. I understand that all receipts must be received within 10 days of my work on the event for reimbursement or they will not be reimbursed. I understand that payment discrepancies must be addressed within 30 days of payment received. 
note: payroll is processed only on the 1st & 15th of the month 30 days after completion of the event.

I further agree to cooperate with GT events, Inc. by keeping it informed of my availability and to notify GT events, Inc. of any emergency preventing my prompt arrival at an assignment.

• Punctuality is a must! I will always arrive 15 minutes early.
• I WILL ALWAYS LOOK & ACT PROFESSIONALLY!!
• Should the client wish to change my booked time, I will call GT events, Inc. for approval.
