GT events, Inc. now offers clients a strategic opportunity to leverage the service that they already pay for with each program. Now, every client will be able to capture great video footage of each promotion while in action. Online video is a hot marketing tool that is now becoming the "wave of the future". Using online video will be based on basic marketing principles and measureable results.

Video Footage Creates:

  • An accurate account of exactly what the event was like while in action

  • An engaging, funny (or serious) "viral video" for use on YouTube, etc. per the client's approval expanding the market base and general overall brand awareness

  • An internal marketing piece for employees, key customers, board members, etc. Additional content for the client's website

  • A True and immediate account of "in-live" consumer reactions to the client's brand and the promo as a whole enhancing back-end analysis with more accuracy

  • Additional online marketing with tying in all the elements of the promo on the street with a web-based sweepstakes, etc. driving even more of the target market to the client's brand and complimentary client brands expanding more exposure for the budget

  • Anything, as needed by the client...the possibilities are endless

The Process

  • Creative Brief - the initial stage of the creative process to come up with the video "game-plan". This multi-page document outlines some of the choices for the client in terms of creative direction, messaging, execution, cost estimates, and strategy.

  • Sign-Off on Scope - Upon client approval to move forward, we will finalize the pitch and present to the client the final recommendation and strategy for the project. The scope and budget for this element of the project will be approved and set in agreement by the client.

  • Pre-Production - At this phase we set into motion the plan agreed by the client. Includes: scripting, casting, hiring crews, renting equipment, securing rights and permits as necessary, etc. Progress checks will be updated between the client and GT events, Inc. as well as coordination with any advertising representative deemed necessary by the client.

  • Production - Execution of the plan agreed to by the client. Includes: filming, travel (if necessary), location, digitizing, etc.

  • Post-Production - Editing and composting of the footage captured during production. Per the agreement made with the client, this may include: multiple revisions, sign-offs, inclusion of official branding or current marketing campaign logos, graphics, etc.

  • Delivery - Final delivery to the client, in format agreed to by client.

  • Distribution - Depending on the client's needs, we can distribute videos and content via the web via web marketing (and viral) techniques for securing traffic, exposure, and engagement. May include securing "front page feature" status on sites like YouTube, MySpace, etc. This could be additional costs...will be agreed on ahead of time
